Lhovon Ventures Corp. is an independent software company in Toronto, Canada. We design, build, and operate consumer products for everyday life.

How it started

Loic Ho-Von founded the company in 2025. The first product came from a familiar, personal problem: meal planning in a busy household. Recipes lived in one app, the shopping list in another, and no two people in the home ever saw the same information. Shared notes worked, but were not designed for the job.

We built Grublist to put that whole loop in one place: save a recipe from anywhere, plan the week on a calendar, and shop one live list that the whole home shares.

Our intention

• Small, focused products. One problem, solved well.
• Built to operate. We run our products for the long term, not for a quick exit.
• An honest business model. Subscriptions fund our products. We sell no ads and no user data.

Where we are today

Grublist is in beta on iOS through TestFlight, with a full web app at app.getgrublist.com. Launches on the App Store and Google Play are in preparation. See Projects for details.
